Second edition of CPC Academy kicks off

For the second year in a row, CPC Inox is launching the training project developed in cooperation with agency Adecco, which aims to offer professional experience in the field and to help young people enter the employment market.

After successfully testing the CPC Academy format for the first time in 2023, which combines classroom lessons with on-the-job training for students from local Technical Institutes, CPC Inox has decided to launch a second edition of the project, once again opening its doors to new recruits. Willing young people who want to get involved and become professionals in the machining of semi-finished stainless steel products.

The format remains unchanged, offering 10 graduates from technical and mechanical institutes in the Milan area the opportunity to undertake a training and work pathway at the company, opening up a privileged channel for those seeking employment in the engineering sector.

66 hours of training distributed between theoretical classroom lessons and hours of practical work alongside CPC Inox production workers, during which they explored in the field the different professions carried out within the plants.

Last year 5 guys joined the staff after attending the Academy and their enthusiasm is the best confirmation the company could receive.
