CPC Academy

The bridge between young talents and the metalworking sector

CPC Academy is a project developed in collaboration with Adecco to open up a privileged employment channel for those seeking employment in the metalwork industry.

67 hours of training distributed between theoretical classroom lessons and hours of practical work alongside CPC Inox production workers, during which participants practically explore the different professions carried out within our plants.

This new project is aimed at young talents who are willing to grow and challenge themselves in a dynamic and stimulating context, in a scrupulous, precise, top-quality and state-of-the-art production environment. Five new colleagues joined our staff in 2023 through the CPC Academy project.
