Our history

1976

CPC Inox S.p.A. is established in Cormano, in the Province of Milan, Italy

1980

The first Slitter lines for slitting thin strip are installed.

1982

CPC Inox introduces flat bars cut to length from strip for the first time, offering greater flexibility in specific requirements.

1985

A machine for making edged strip is installed, enhancing CPC Inox’s production.

1990

The commercial and operational headquarters is opened in Basiano, in the province of Milan, with 20,000 square metres dedicated to production and offices.

1995

CPC Inox begins production of satin-finished bars, further expanding its offer.

1998

CPC Inox Deutschland is established in Stuttgart, Germany.

1999

CPC Inox France is established in Lyon, France.

2000

A new 33,000 square metre production facility was built in Gessate, in the province of Milan.

2006

The first two tube processing profiles were installed in Gessate.

2012

The second plant in Gessate is opened and Tube Solutions was born, a department dedicated to the production of laserwelded stainless steel tubes.

2018

CPC Inox inaugurates new administration building in Milan at City Life.

2020

The sixth profiling machine for processing large diameter tubes is installed and the automatic storage warehouse is put into operation.

2023

Cardinali Holding acquires AD Tubi.

Several companies, one entrepreneurial vision

CPC Inox, together with AD Tubi Inossidabili acquired in 2023 and the Podere Vito Cardinali farm in the Marche region of Italy, is part of Cardinali Holding.

The detail that makes the difference, the care of all production processes, the careful selection of raw materials and the green vocation are cross-cutting assets of the group’s companies, which characterise the Cardinali family’s approach to entrepreneurship.

CPC Academy

A training and work opportunity

CPC Academy is a project aimed at creating professionals in the processing of semi-finished stainless steel products that offers graduates from technical and mechanical institutes in the Milan area the opportunity to undertake a training and work pathway in the company, opening up a privileged channel for those seeking employment in the metalwork sector.
